We’re looking to connect with experienced real estate professionals who are ready for a new challenge — one that allows you to work with integrity, build genuine client relationships, and make a real difference in people’s lives.
This is not a traditional sales role. You won’t be competing for listings, cold-calling, or chasing monthly targets. Instead, you’ll focus on helping sellers choose the best agent for their property, preparing their home for market, and guiding them through the entire process with complete transparency and care.
If you’re in real estate purely for the commission, this won’t be for you. But if you’re motivated by achieving the best results for your clients — and you value honesty, empathy, and professionalism above all else — we’d love to hear from you.
Who we’re looking for
✅ Licensed real estate agent (NSW) with strong sales experience
✅ Deep commitment to acting in the seller’s best interests at all times
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ High emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for helping people through a major life event
✅ A keen eye for presenting properties to maximise results
✅ Sydney-based and comfortable travelling to meet clients across the city
