Our Brief
Rosalyn reached out to us because she knew it was time to sell the family home of 36 years but was overwhelmed by the thought of all the decluttering and preparation work needing to be done. Her children were busy with families of their own and she didn’t want to burden them with helping her.
Upon inspection, we found that she had already organised a council clean up and had started the decluttering process. She was not planning to keep much of the furniture and was happy to spend some money to present the property at it’s best. We recommended and assisted with organising a few repairs, gardening, painting and also styling the property.
